Embrace these whispers surrounding you, welcome the medicine deep within.

For there are messages amongst us, speaking to us, stop....listen. Ignoring what is evident will no longer be suffice, be we must be brave and stand up.

We must follow our own individual paths, not to be enticed with outer persuasions. We are limitless, life provides everything we need, do you love yourself enough to embrace it, and share with others.

I am not a label, and there is no right way to "be" within this space.

We each have a formula, a recipe to our souls...to our hearts, to our inner light.

Let every breath of that shine.

Throw your cloths off...and run in the beach with a smile of release.

Dance in the thundering rain in a passionate embrace.

For what you see in me, is a reflection of you. Whether it be love, fear, hate, beauty, ugliness....reflections of self surround us.

We must always welcome these truths with open loving hands, for they are lessons needing to be learned to reach our divine being.

Truths within our soul, take my hand my dear friend....lets go on a journey together. It will not always be glorious, but always necessary for us to reach the purest light within ourselves.

through the deepest depths of darkness.....the aching, heart wrenching thoughts of ego, that attempt to hold us back from reaching the stars of our galactic souls. Our individual constellation....our inner brew of ingredients that make a hearty delicious soup~ But we are both light and dark, both we must love, understand, and welcome.

It is when the light within us shines that we feel most alive, when fire dances from our eyes, and light releases though our finger tips to the heavens above, and the heavens below.

But when you release yourself in the dark, that is when the light feels the best, the most appreciated, the most understood. The clouds will pass, as everything passes...balance is key...we must take what comes as it comes, for there is reason in every crumb, every step of the way.

So my beautiful brothers and sisters, as we are all connected, we are space dust...floating...flying...living...and expressing.

Shall we do it with grace and dignity.

With love and light in our hearts.

Take your neighbors hand, take your enemies hand, take your loved ones hand, take a strangers hand.....

close your eyes, and envision you all as one, release the energy into the earth, and let out a deep breath of release, renewal, and rejoice~
